Qigong and Tai Chi combine movement, breath and focused mental intent to maximize one’s innate ability for self-healing, increased vitality, and inner calm. These practices quickly benefit one in mind, body and spirit.

 

Regular practice may reduce stress, build endurance, increase vitality, stimulate self-healing, and aid in warding off illness. I invite you to experience the positive benefits of breath, movement, and mental focus.

Tai chi is often described as “meditation in motion,” but it might as well be called “medication in motion.” This mind-body practice can help treat or prevent many age-related health problems,it may be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are scheduled by appointment. The fee per hour is $75.00 for one person, $65.00 each for two, $55.00 each for three, $45.00 each for four or more. Please contact me if you are interested in private instruction.

Workshops
